Play of clouds after the rain in Leicester, Midlands. Painted originally plein air in September 2018 and then reworked and updated in 2024, to stand in line with my current output and painting style. It is characterised by abstract sentiment, thick impasto and the gestural painting style. Media: oil on gessoed greyboard. 35 x 34 (13.75 x 13.5 in).
