All sent items are insured and sent as Tracked and Signed-for. In case of them arriving damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me with your order number for further instructions. You MUST PHOTOGRAPH the damaged package before opening, as well as the item, if damaged too. The damaged items can be exchanged or refunded (as the item's cost minus shipping, minus refund processing fee) in exceptional circumstances but please contact me first prior to asking so. Please also contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days and WILL incur a fee, which is the item's cost minus shipping, minus refund processing fee.
